Location: Pune, IndiaJob Description: As the Deputy Business Head at Ethinos Digital Marketing Agency, you will play a pivotal role in leading and driving the growth of our digital marketing business. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of the agency’s operations, client relationships, and business development initiatives.
Responsibilities:Strategic Planning and Upselling: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth, expand market presence, and achieve revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and build a robust pipeline of potential clients. Collaborate with the executive team to define business goals, formulate marketing strategies, and implement effective sales plans. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business objectives, and providing strategic digital marketing solutions. Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality services, monitoring campaign performance, and identifying areas for improvement. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, keeping them informed about industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies. Team Leadership and Management: Supervise and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their skills and performance. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment, encouraging teamwork, innovation, and continuous learning. Set performance goals for the team, monitor progress, and implement corrective measures when necessary. Operational Efficiency: Optimize internal processes and workflows to ensure efficient project execution, timely delivery, and adherence to quality standards. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the agency’s performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications: Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital marketing agencies or similar roles, with a proven track record of driving business growth.Digital Marketing Expertise: In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, channels, and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads). Business Acumen: Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, and build long-term client relationships. Excellent understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitor analysis in the digital marketing space. Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills to interpret data, analyze campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions. Strategic mindset with the ability to develop comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with business objectives
