Eram Talent is seeking a Human Resources – Recruiter to join our team. As a division of ERAM Group, E-Talent is a global talent acquisition consultancy specializing in providing outstanding recruitment solutions to industries such as Oil & Gas, Petroleum, Infrastructure, Energy, Water, Transportation, Science & Technology, and Health Care. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting high potential professionals with sophisticated skills in the Construction & Infrastructure industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement staffing strategies to identify qualified candidates
- Source and recruit passive candidates through various methods such as social media, job boards, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for the position
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
- Negotiate offers and manage the offer process, including communication with candidates and hiring managers
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate regularly with candidates throughout the recruiting process
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 10+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in the oil and energy industry
- Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
