Who we are:

We are a growing non-profit with a mission to promote kindness, caring, and joy on a population scale.

We do so through kindness media, which we create. It works really well (we’ve studied it). Streamed into places of higher stress like health care or schools, it rapidly fosters happiness, calm, gratitude, and generosity. People feel connected to others. And their stress levels decrease.

We are now in several health care centers with more on the way. We are studying it in these different places. It is for patients and for staff.

Our approach is grounded in science. Just like images of food or drink induce hunger or thirst, kindness media activates the inborn quality to want to help people and connect with them. It helps people connect with thier own humanity and that of others. We have published on this. And because it works rapidly and needs no training, the possibility to help people in many settings is incredible.

That’s where you come in. We are now ready to market it more broadly in health care and engage as many people as possible to experience and use it. We need inbound marketing to help create awareness and use of the media.

Who you are:

• A talented and experienced marketer and sales professional who wants to make a difference in this world. You do not want to simply push a product as a way of getting a paycheck–you want to do this because it is your way of contributing and helping others achieve a higher quality of life.
• Someone who is passionate about making other people’s lives better. Please don’t apply if you are not.
• Someone who likes to be creative.
• A sincere and enthusiastic communicator who can help people see the intrinsic value EnSpire would have for them and their practices.
• A professional who values delivering high-quality work on time
• A collaborator who wants to share open and constructive feedback and is not afraid to ask questions
• A person who appreciates and desires teamwork to create the best work product rather than whose idea it is
• A human who knows that meaning in life is about purpose and that work is a central path to achieving meaning
• A professional with at least 3 years of experience; 5 or more preferred.
• Graphics arts/design and web design talents a significant plus. Connections in/knowledge of healthcare and non-profit worlds also helpful.

What you’ll do: There are two major responsibilities

• Marketing and “Selling” the media, called EnSpire: Create marketing materials and make outreach to a range of prospective clients and sponsors–show them why they should collaborate with us. Inbound marketing is critical here.
• As applicable, you may make website edits and modifications.

Compensation: As Envision is a small organization right now, this position is hourly and part-time. It is anticipated that the hours would vary but could be around 20/week for at least a few months. With time, that can change into something more. A good part of it will depend on you.

Start Date: The position is available to start by early September.
