OVERVIEW
In this role, you will work as part of the4PatientCare Team, within the Digital Accelerator DITAC team located in the greater Dallas area, though you will work remotely. DITAC is charged with driving value through lead generation, across online and in-store channels, by acquiring, converting, and retaining 100 million visitors across our ecosystem. The eye examis a key occasion in the consumers journey. It presents significant opportunities to convert and retain patients at our affiliated store / provider network.
ROLE SUMMARY
Reporting to the Lead Enterprise Success & Vendor Tool Specialist within the 4PatientCare DITAC Team, as Enterprise Success Specialist, you will be responsible for the success and day-to-day technical system support across various platforms for assigned strategic and national accounts. Youll proactively advocate on their behalf and consult with internal DITAC team members to ensure the coordination and integration of a consistent and successful experience across all partners and clients to grow their businesses.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Enterprise Success Specialist, your specific duties will include:
- Communicating directly with clients, primarily through email and the phone, and working closely with our internal Sales, Product and Technical teams to ensure a flawless experience
- Utilizing your strong relationship-building and communication skills to speak directly with key decision makers at Fortune 1000 and equivalent-sized companies, and when working closely with our Dev and National / Strategic Accounts Sales team.
- Effectively prioritizing andorganizing your workflowin order to treat all clients like they are your only client and provide an exceptional experience.
- Helping customers navigate a variety of tools/features within 4PatientCares Platform.
- Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of 4PatientCare Solutions to diagnose system issues, engaging with our Product and Engineering teamto solve complex issues.
- Working 100% remotely to partner with customers and effectively address and resolve issues and asks through chat, phone, emails and Zoom meetings.
- Helping to implement future product innovations and feature enhancements with consideration tothe changing aspects of the platforms, and to balancevalue creation with the quality of our productand service.
- Collaboratingwith account managers on the sales team to identify opportunities for existing customers to use more of our services and/or add more locations.
- Providingsupport andguidance to Marketing, Sales and other services professionals across our customerbaseusingour software and systems.
Limited travel may be required to attend customer meetings and tradeshows.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge and understanding of 4PatientCares system and software platforms, practices and processes preferred
- Technical aptitude or familiarity with software concepts such as: HTML, Javascript, Wordpress, SQL Queries, Exponea, Braze or other CRM platform tool experience, Word, Excel, cloud platforms (azure, gcp); healthcare software experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience in customer service and passion for the customer experience; a customer-centric approach to achieving outcomes and adding value for the customer
- Demonstrated composure, resilience and flexibility as customer needs evolve and workload volume changes
- Remote experience or an ability to be self-sufficient and autonomous to meet goals in a remote setting
- Excellent collaboration, influencing, interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and presentation skills to engage customers and supporting departments, to present information, obtain buy-in, and lead without formal authority
- Comfort and ability to:
- Communicate with higher-level management
- Communicate complex business and product ideas into language that is understood by all supporting departments
- Gather and analyze information and data from multiple sources, prepare professional presentations, charts, graphs and tables of information for launch preparation
- An associate degree or college coursework preferred
