Reporting directly to the CFO, this individual will serve as a strategic HR leader, ensuring operational excellence in HR functions to support scaling and rapid expansion into new markets and global locations.
With strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of HR best practices, they will work with business stakeholders to create an outstanding workplace, focusing on attracting and retaining talent while promoting organizational excellence. Responsibilities include overseeing key HR functions, leading talent management and performance evaluation, designing total rewards systems, fostering employee engagement and culture, implementing L&D programs, and promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
We are seeking an individual with a strong understanding of employment, regulatory, and compliance laws, as well as a clear awareness of HR’s role in driving business growth through partnership.
