Purpose: Deliver exceptional customer service to all Eddie Bauer visitors, switchboard callers, and associates. Proactively manage the reception desk operations, including asset protection, safety procedures, HR culture programs, community board and Live Your Adventure activities. Positively represent and ambassador the Eddie Bauer Brand.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time Non-Exempt position. Schedule is 5 days a week, Monday thru Friday from 7:30am-5:00pm. As an International Retailer, occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required during periods of high volume. This role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
