East Hills VW Subaru of Sayville, part of the 7-store East Hills Auto Group, seeks an Automotive Biller/Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is an experienced Auto Biller who wants for work with an industry leader.

An automotive billing/financial background is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Stocking in all incoming units
• Verifying the costs and transactions for each vehicle sale
• Receiving and processing all paperwork from the F&I department
• Preparing tax and title documents
• Ensuring that all vehicle registration paperwork is properly processed and submitted
• Package deals to send to bank for funding
• Providing additional administrative support as needed
• Maintains an orderly accounting system

QUALIFICATIONS

• AutoMate experience is preferred along with DMV knowledge
• Must have the ability to separate deals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
