Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement scalable supply chain strategies to support the company’s growth trajectory.
2. Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and process optimization.
3. Vendor and Partnership Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and partners, ensuring the scalability of these partnerships.
4. Leadership and Team Development: Lead and inspire a growing supply chain team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
5. Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data analytics to enhance supply chain efficiency and inform strategic decisions.
6. Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record in a leadership role within a fast-paced, growing environment.
• Demonstrated experience in scaling supply chain operations.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Supply Chain Management certification (e.g., CSCP, CPIM).
• Proficiency in modern supply chain management software and data analytics tools.
