Position Summary

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $112,000 – $204,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

This is a remote position.

What You’ll Do

• Own hiring across a number of highly specialized job families and disciplines
• Mentor, train and grow other Recruiters on the team
• Lead by example and ensure data integrity by using our ATS (Greenhouse) as the “point of truth” by documenting your work and adhering to compliance initiatives
• Improve the quality of engineering talent, leveraging technology and automation techniques to improve recruiting efficiencies
• Oversee and drive sourcing strategies and execution through Gem and LinkedIn Recruiter in partnership with business stakeholders
• Partner with HRBPs, Diversity Inclusion & Belonging (DIB), and Talent Management to build scalable people processes and programs that enable Earnin’s rapid growth
• Partner with People Ops partners to improve candidate hiring processes, onboarding, candidate surveys and quality of hire
• Develop consistent and repeatable pipelines for engineering talent in targeted geographies, and use data to measure the success or failure of those efforts
• Analyze reporting insights to drive improved performance, decision making and overall productivity

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
• 6+ years of experience of recruiting experience
• Experience improving Talent processes, with previous experience scaling programs
• Proven experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, HR, and Leadership teams to drive change management of programs/projects
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with workforce planning, hiring plans, business reporting, and presenting and discussing insights to relevant business stakeholders
