Responsibilities
- Answering a high volume of phone calls and transfer as necessary
- Manage customer queries and complaints via phone, email, website chat and general correspondence
- Manage daily shipping sheets and work orders
Skills And Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer forward thinking
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong phone skills
- Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
- Reliable with a strong attendance history
