Dreamscape Marketing, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The Quality Assurance Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of websites we build and overhaul for our healthcare and small business clients. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for delivering error-free and user-friendly websites.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Website Testing: Conduct thorough testing of websites prior to launch to identify and report issues related to functionality, design, and content
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all websites adhere to Dreamscape Marketing’s best practices and meet the highest quality standards
• Content Review: Verify the accuracy of content, including checking for spelling and grammar errors, broken links, and formatting consistency
• Functional Testing: Test website features and functionalities, including forms, navigation, interactive elements, and multimedia components
• Compatability Testing: Assess website performance on different browsers and devices to ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatability
• Performance Testing: Evaluate website load times and performance, reporting any issues that may affect user experience
• Regression Testing: Conduct regression testing to ensure that previously identified issues have been resolved and do not reoccur
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of testing procedures, results, and issues encountered, and communicate findings effectively to the applicable departments (account management, development, design, content, SEO, PPC, etc.)
• Collaboration: Collaborate with Account Managers to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery of error-free websites
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies related to quality assurance and website testing
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mass or media communications, marketing, or related fiel
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with web development and design principles
• Proficiency in using testing tools and bug tracking systems
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Experience with comprehensive project management tools
• Prior experience in quality assurance or website testing is a plus
• Knowledge of search engine optimization and paid search campaigns is a plus
