The Internal Control Officer works closely with hotels to enhance internal control process, mitigate operational risk and ensure hotel meets Hilton’s policy and compliance requirement. The role will identify control weaknesses throughout comprehensive review and support the hotel to create a healthy control environment. He / she will provide technical support, best practice sharing and training through the process.
What will I be doing?

What are we looking for?
An Internal Control Officer serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
• University preferred Commerce degree in Accounting & Management.
• Possess hospitality experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Mature and reliable person.
• Professional Accounting qualification.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English to meet business needs.
