Position Summary: This position will work jointly with the DCAS Project Manager to accomplish the shared goal of successful project completion. Clear communication will be needed with Subcontractors, Property Management and Development. The Superintendent will be responsible for daily communication, schedules, and issue resolution with the Project Manager to ensure construction quality and workmanship.
