This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and experienced Marketing professional to join this multinational agribusiness as their Marketing Manager.

Supporting the VP of Marketing, Sustainability & Corporate Communications, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the strategic introduction and growth of the company brand in Ireland and the promotion of the Irish business at B2B level.

Responsibilities

• General promotion of the company brand, Irish brand and the company plc across their stakeholder set and the wider population.
• The development and implementation of a promotional plan for the company brand: identifying required resources, associated costs, KPI’s and milestones that will position the brand front of mind with Irish fresh produce consumers.
• Responsible for ATL and BTL marketing activities across Ireland and contribute to the wider group Marketing function across branding, packaging, NPD, merchandising, sustainability, advertising, sponsorship, and PR.
• Maintaining, developing, and driving growth across company’s B2B and B2C Digital Marketing platforms including websites, web shops, smartphone apps and social media channels, specifically; Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Report on campaign performance and monthly analytics with a view to identifying future opportunities.
• Develop marketing communications for both internal and external purposes.
• The collation, presentation and dissemination of best-in-class consumer insights.
• Organizing, managing, and participating in company trade shows and promotional events.
• Liaising with agencies, customers, suppliers, partners regionally and Marketing. Sustainability and Commercial personnel across the wider group.

Requirements

• A third level degree in Marketing or a similar discipline.
• A minimum of three years experience in a similar role.
• FMCG experience preferable.
• Experience in Sustainability advantageous.
• Experience in Sustainability advantageous.
• Proactive, self-driven and resourceful.
• Strong project management skills, including effective methodologies and processes.
• Effective meeting management and presentation skills.
• Highly emotionally intelligent with a natural ability to influence and inspire others.
• Highly collaborative and committed to building consensus and constructive participation in group-wide initiatives.
