Doe Bay Cafe is seeking experienced servers for our busy summer season.  Seasonal positions can lead to long-term opportunities. Our restaurant showcases seasonal, local, organic meat, seafood and produce grown on our on-site garden and from fantastic Orcas Island Farms.  This is an amazing opportunity to be part of a fully functioning Seed to Table program.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are creative and passionate about food and wine.

Candidates should be friendly, team-oriented, dependable, able to perform well in a high pressure atmosphere, comfortable in a rural setting and have a great attitude suited to working in an open kitchen environment.  Our ideal candidate has 2 + years of experience in the restaurant industry, excellent customer service skills, an eye for aesthetics and attention to detail, strong ability to multi-task, and diverse skills and interests outside of the restaurant.

Rent free camping on our camping platforms is available. Indoor housing in our employee studio cabins or trailers may be an option. 

Pay rate is $14.49/hr + tips. Benefits include: weekly spa access, employee discounts of 25% off on cabins, massage, cafe and store. Medical benefits are available for long termed employees. Please include a photo with your resume.
