Position Summary: As the Vice President of Talent Acquisition, you will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources. During your employment, you will devote your best efforts to the business of the Company. These duties and responsibilities include, without limitation, the following:
Responsibilities:
Oversee the Talent Acquisition department’s recruitment strategy and operations of the full talent acquisition lifecycle, the evolution of the recruiting process, use of talent acquisition tools and methods, and overall effectiveness of talent solutions
Grow, lead, and develop a team of high perform ing Recruiters, Talent Acquisition Specialists, Talent Acquisition Managers, and a Director of Talent Acquisition in a national scope
Develop strong relationships with DocGo Executives to gather a deep understanding of diverse lines of business and plan / develop the talent acquisition strategy for scaling all business units .
Proactively support leaders across the organization to meet their immediate and long-term hiring needs.
Oversee the recruiting efforts for senior level roles when needed
Own the full T alent A cquisition life cycl e ; l ead in the design and implementation of talent strategies and solutions to effectively produce best-in-class recruitment practices
Develop strategic business drivers, organizational vision, and key operating effectiveness for delivering critical, integrated talent strategies.
Partner with in Human Resources and with the Marketing department to ensure the organization can attract, motivate, develop, and retain great talent .
Build relationships with key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment in service and delivery.
Be a strategic advisor to leaders hip as you collaborate and construct recruitment strategy .
Think creatively about unconventional approaches to building and engaging candidate pipelines.
Lead a broad set of workforce planning, programming, and strategy to build, attract and retain a pipeline of talent (including, but not limited to, community-based partnerships)
Deliver data driven reporting and analytics to identify recruitment activity, market trends, competitive wage analysis, and departmental productivity.
Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates by driving initiatives across branding, events, and employee referral channels
Oversee and implement departmental budget
Lead the recruitment marketing and social media function within the organization to promote the company’s brand and leverage its talent pool
Drive process efficiencies to scale hiring across our US and UK offices
Perform all other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 0 years of management experience within Talent Acquisition
A minimum of 8 years of full cycle recruiting experience (in-house experience preferred)
Experience sourcing and recruiting for roles ranging from hourly and temporary/contract level positions to management level positions
Working knowledge of modern Applicant Tracking Systems, ATS (Experience with Workday preferred)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
Experience partnering with hiring teams throughout the recruiting process, acting as an effective hiring partner
An exceptional, people-oriented manager who will develop this team of professionals , provide coaching and guidance, as well as acting as a partner to more tenured recruiters in later stage career development
Proven ability to attract and retain outstanding talent and assemble and motivate high performance teams.
Experience in analyzing complex business issues, including interpretation of financial and operational data.
Experience thriving and prioritizing in a constantly changing environment
Lead with data driven insights of hiring trends, sourcing channels, industries, and markets.
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills, including public speaking and presentation skills.
Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources , Organizational Development, or another Human Resources-related discipline. Master’s Degree is a plus.
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP preferred .
A minimum of 8 years in leadership within a mid to large size company focused on healthcare, technology, or EMS (Emergency Medical Services), with broad experience in recruitment, staffing, talent sourcing, strategic planning, talent acquisition, and talent marketing strategies.
