Job Description: POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES AND EXPECTATIONS
In general, this position is expected to work closely with the Regional Sales Director and other team members as required to identify, recruit, secure, and deliver qualified and professional resources to fill business opportunities within all DSI geographical serviced territories.
This is an exempt salaried position and reports to the Regional Sales Director.
Specific Responsibilities include: Screen qualified IT and non-IT professionals through referrals, recruiting databases, Internet tools, networking, subcontractor

When ask what employees like about working at DSI here are some of the reasons our employees provided: · partnerships, and offshore recruitment.Find talent through other creative means in support of our Talent Acquisition responsibilities.Negotiate best pay rate / type based upon position and potential bill rates with the client.Serve as a company representative at job fairs, networking events, and local user groups to promote DSI as a company and find viable candidates for current and future assignments and projects.Schedule and conduct telephone screenings and personal candidate interviewsMaintain candidate database (JobDiva) and conduct scheduled follow-up calls to potential and current candidates.Communicate with candidates via telephone, e-mail, text, and/or written documentation timely, professionally, concisely.Meet established goals and report progress and/or results.Prepare candidate resumes and other marketing materials as necessary using the agreed upon DSI branding.Coordinate interviews and make offers to prospective employees.Coordinate technical screenings and perform reference checks.Generate qualified candidates on a proactive basis.Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team as well as others associated with the process of onboarding candidates to ensure optimal process execution.Manage associates recruited and placed on DSI’s client sites.
Providing feedback/updates/information to the Regional Sales Director or other specified DSI leadership on any issues in regard to accounts, consultants, or roadblocks with onboarding issues within 1 business dayDetect process defects and improvements, giving input to the Regional Sales DirectorMaintaining a working knowledge of industry best practices, solution methodologies, emerging technology trends, and trending IT concepts and technologies
Learning and staying current with the DSI applicant tracking systemConsistently recruiting on a proactive basis based on common positions from our top clients.Management of offshore candidate’s resumes and be a liaison from DSI to the offshore sourcing staff
Keep all communications with potential and current candidates documented in JobDiva notes as well as candidate placements, losses, and reasons.
Track all candidates and requisitions in our applicant tracking system JobDivaFollow processes and procedures as defined for DSI and for the Talent Acquisition AreaCoordinate Background Checks / Drug Screens (any paperwork) as required by contract with client.Any other related and agreed upon talent acquisition activities that may arise and be added.

Educational/Experience Requirements include: High School Diploma/GED (required); bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Psychology (preferred) or a business-related field or equivalent experience.Greater than 2 years’ but less than 5 years’ experience in the talent acquisition/recruiting industryExperience and computer savvy with skills in Microsoft Office 365 tool suite, other common office applications, and multiple internet browsersExperience with any CRM & ATS systems, preferable JobDivaPreferred previous sales or recruiting experience. Preferred experience negotiating pay rates, bill rates, margins, benefits, and contracts.
