Executive Assistant to Senior Executive
Our client, a thriving Real Estate company, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to a Senior Executive. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a top-level executive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
– At least 5 years of experience supporting a C-level executive, preferably in Real Estate/Financial Services
– Proficiency in data reporting and analysis tools
– Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
– Positive and adaptable attitude, with the ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment
– Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of stakeholders
Responsibilities:
– Manage and coordinate the Senior Executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
– Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports for the executive
– Screen and prioritize incoming communications, such as phone calls, emails, and mail
– Facilitate communication between the executive and internal and external stakeholders
– Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executive
– Anticipate the needs of the executive and proactively address any issues or challenges that may arise
