As a Business Consultant at Digio your responsibilities will be: –
Understanding various products and product capabilities offered by Digio
– Prospecting clients, identifying and reaching out to key stakeholders, generating outbound leads and pursuing inbound leads
– Creating a clear sales funnel for the assigned vertical and use cases
– Quarterly presenting sales forecast and Monthly reporting key highlights to the entire team
– Working closely with Product Marketing to come up with sales collateral for assigned vertical and use cases
– Working closely with Delivery and Product management teams, to highlight client requirements, industry trends, product feedback
– Owning accounts across entire sales lifecycle: Lead nurturing, Sales closure, Working with Delivery team and customer to oversee integration/implementation, Go-Live
– Working with Customer success team for Feedback and Relationship management
– Quarterly Business responsibility breakdown:
– 40% new businesses/customers
– 40% cross-sell (new products, new use cases) within existing customers
– 20% up-sell (drive product usage) of already availed products within existing customer use cases
You have:
– 2-5 years experience in Outbound sales (SaaS/Enterprise SaaS/Enterprise solutions)
– Preferably prior experience selling to key stakeholders in BFSI (Banks, NBFCs, Fintechs etc)
– Proven track record of achieving sales targets
– Pre-sales experience in Enterprise solutions (preferred)
– Excellent presentation & communication skills
– Fair understanding of technology products and systems work
