Position Summary
The Regional Sales Director is responsible for managing a regional field sales organization to achieve and exceed sales goals in all market segments. The company’s product portfolio features a unique, comprehensive menu of infectious disease products and services inclusive of esoteric referral testing services and esoteric diagnostic products. This position directs the implementation and communication of all segment and product sales programs, strategies and tactics in the assigned sales region. Identifies new sales opportunities through in-depth market and customer understanding. Leverages sales opportunities by prioritizing the implementation of sales initiatives. Tracks performance and reports results to supervisor. Supports applicable regulations including ISO, Local, State, and/or Federal Requirements.
