We are a well-established, physician-owned practice in central Virginia, looking to expand our cosmetic offerings to our large patient base. We are in the process of designing and building our aesthetics center to be completed in mid-2023 and are looking for a passionate, motivated, thoughtful dermatologist to bring high-quality aesthetic services—lasers, injectables, and other cosmetic procedures—to our very interested patients.
This is a partner-track position with competitive salary and retirement/profit sharing plan. An ideal candidate will have significant cosmetic experience with an eye to making cosmetic dermatology their full time role. You will join a dynamic, fun group of 14 board-certified dermatologists and 5 advanced practice providers, including a Mohs and dermatopathology team. To this point, our group has been largely focused on general dermatology, with a small minority of the group offering part time cosmetic services. You will have the opportunity to practice cosmetic dermatology in a brand new, thoughtfully-designed, aesthetics center with purposefully-hired support staff and a strong referral base. Be busy from day one with an opportunity to grow and shape our aesthetic offerings going forward.
The central Virginia region is a wonderful place to work and live! It offers a wealth of recreational, cultural, and historical highlights to its residents. From exceptional restaurants to a variety of microbreweries to the James River and the Virginia Capital Trail, Richmond offers something for everyone. Close destinations include Virginia Beach, the Blue Ridge Mountains, and Washington DC. As a transplant to this area myself, I can attest that Richmond does not disappoint.
