Exciting opportunity for a dermatologist interested in joining a private physician-owned, well-established, well- respected, culturally positive, comprehensive dermatology practice in Albany, NY.
This opportunity will allow the incoming general dermatologist to tailor his or her practice to their areas of interest. Cosmetic dermatology and pediatric dermatology can be well-supported!
Our goal is to provide the incoming dermatologist with an outstanding environment to practice dermatology without the difficulties of managing a practice. We will provide excellent support so that the physician may reach his or her professional and productivity goals supported by tenured staff and collaborative colleagues. The physician can certainly be involved in molding the practice as much as he or she would like, but interest in owning or running a business is not required.
Income potential is fantastic for a motivated physician. Compensation will include a generous base salary and incentives for productivity. A full benefit package will also be offered.
There is a huge need for general dermatology services in the area. The physician will have no trouble being as busy as he or she would like from day one.
The practice currently consists of 5 physicians, 5 physician assistants, and 2 estheticians. The candidate should be interested in supervising a physician assistant and will benefit from the ways our physician assistant team can support and extend their expertise. The supervision responsibility is well compensated.
Albany, NY, was recently voted the best place to live in New York State. It is a city of approximately 100,000 people and has a metro area of approximately 1 million. The Capital Region is a beautiful place to live with endless outdoor activities amid beautiful mountains with many excellent options for dining and education. It is a great place to raise a family.
