Delaware North Sportservice is hiring for a Human Resources Intern to join our team at Petco Park in San Diego, California. Our ideal HR Intern is organized and able to multi-task as these are essential qualities to the role. This opportunity is ideal for anyone looking to start their career in HR, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Support the HR team with internal and external inquiries and requests.
• Coordinate onsite training sessions with various departments for new hires.
• Follow compliance and company regulations when working with sensitive and confidential information.
• Complete essential administration tasks; answering emails, phone calls, and filing.
• All other duties assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Working towards an associate or bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products including Word and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
