JOB REQUIREMENTS:

LEVEL OF FORMAL EDUCATION REQUIRED:

PharmD or BS Pharm degree

LICENSED/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

• Current Texas Pharmacist License or within two months of hire.
• Certification in sterile products preparation or complete within two months of hire.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• (PGY1) Pharmacy Practice Residency or commensurate Board Certification or commensurate experience
• Minimum one year pharmacist experience
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and ENLS certifications (if applicable to clinical specialty) within six months of employment.
• Preferred: (PGY2) Specialized Residency in area of specialty
