Overview
Datasoft Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Recruiter for a client in Greer, South Carolina. The Human Resources Recruiter will conduct full lifecycle recruiting activities for Exempt and/or Non-Exempt positions. Partners with hiring manager to effectively source, recruit, evaluate, interview and select top talent This is a full time renewable contract position with direct hire potential!
Candidates must have experience working on exempt and non exempt recruiting within manufacturing, as well as experience using an applicant tracking system and administering testing.
Responsibilities
Leads recruiting activities for Exempt and Non-Exempt positions in various departments throughout the company including both internal and external hires.
Ensures compliance with all applicable laws related to selection and hiring processes.
Leverages the online recruiting resources and in-house ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to identify and recruit the very best candidates. Partners with Talent Acquisition Specialist to market openings on social media channels.
Reviews resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
Prescreens candidates.
Coordinates all communication with candidates with a high level of customer service.
Interviews candidates through the use of virtual and face-to-face behavioral-based interviewing methodologies.
Schedules and steers the logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Organizes, leads and documents post-interview debrief/feedback and follow-up activities with interview teams and candidates.
Extends offers of employment to selected candidates under the direction of the hiring managers and within the guidelines.
Leads the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting.
Maintains accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure compliance topics are addressed.
Adheres to agreed upon targets (i.e. Time to Fill and other targets as assigned).
Qualifications
Bachelors degree required
1+ years of experience in a Human Resources role.
5+ years of recruiting experience.
Must have experience working on exempt and non-exempt recruiting within manufacturing, as well as experience using an applicant tracking system and administering testing.
Must have a good sense of urgency, is organized, and has successfully recruited on similar positions.
Must be able to complete ad hoc reporting as necessary and be able to work independently.
Knowledge of Federal and State laws regarding employment practices.
Must have a working knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Internet and Internet-based technologies.
Experience in human resources-related activities such as recruiting/ staffing, customer relationship management preferred.
Manufacturing recruiting experience would be a plus.
