We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated recruiter who will be overseeing the full hiring process for our call center positions – including inbound, outbound, and confirmation department. As a recruiter, you won’t only be impacting our company, but also our candidates as you find the right people for the right opportunities.
Compensation: $19.00 – $21.00 hourly + monthly bonus
· Employees are eligible for a monthly bonus after 30 days of employment, with a maximum earning of $400 based on productivity/goals presented that month
Responsibilities:
· Build relationships with hiring managers to connect regarding staffing needs and recruiting strategies
· Create job postings that describes the job description and the company’s background
· Utilize online recruitment services such as Indeed, Zip Recruiter and LinkedIn to attract the right talent for our team
· Provide initial phone screening with candidates to set proper expectations about job requirements and learn about their background – education/work history/skills/salary
· Qualify applicants to make hiring recommendations and move them through the hiring process
· Work in a team-based environment to support hiring managers in reaching goals and hiring priorities
Qualifications:
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
· Passionate about exceeding expectations and going the extra mile to achieve goals
· Willingness to communicate with candidates via email, phone, and in-person
· Bilingual in English/Spanish required
