Cytek Biosciences Looking for Sales and Marketing Analyst at Remote Full Time

SUMMARY:

In partnership with the Sales and Marketing teams, the Marketing Analyst will be responsible for implementing and improving metrics that measure the effectiveness of marketing and sales activities as well as recommend improvements.

Sales Analyst Responsibilities:

• Provides actionable information from our customer and sales databases to help inform key sales strategies, initiatives, and investments, including:
• Sales Performance Dashboards: Work with sales leadership to identify key metrics, and design dashboards to evaluate sales performance
• Customer Performance Dashboards: Work with sales to develop dashboards that identify key customer purchasing trends in order to develop strategies and initiatives to exploit these trends and drive demand.
• Lead Management Dashboards: Work with sales and marketing to evaluate lead management efforts and determine effectiveness of lead sources.
• Provides general ad-hoc analysis use to answer questions regarding sales activities.
• Creating reports in SalesForce for sales management

Marketing Analyst Responsibilities:

• Provides actionable overall market and customer insights to address key strategic questions.
• Responsible for tracking, reporting, and analyzing the performance of marketing activities, ad-hoc analytic requests, and development/automation of regular reports.
• Work with Marketing team to evaluates customers’ online behavior and provide insights and recommendations for further enhancements to the guest experience.
• Creates PowerPoint presentations to provide market and consumer insights to other marketing and sales departments.
• Advises other marketing functions (e-commerce/website, online/offline advertising, brand, product development) as the knowledge owner for customer and market data.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Excellent analytical skills
• Proficient in Salesforce reporting, Hubspot, and other analytical tools
• Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
• Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability in handling concurrent projects with attention to detail and accuracy

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline or graduate degree
• 2 years of work experience in marketing research, statistical or data analysis (or academic equivalent)
• Experience in advanced analytic and statistical techniques related multivariate and A/B testing, digital revenue attribution, customer segmentation, and marketing effectiveness
• Experience building and automating management level reporting
• Mastery of the following analytical tools: Salesforce Reports, Excel
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Preferred
• Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools
• Experience in statistical analysis (SAS or R)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28,349.57 – $103,619.93 per year
