We are seeking an experienced VP of Project Management to join our team in the Construction industry.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading complex projects in the Hotel, Construction, Commercial, and Owners Rep sectors. Additionally, you will need to have strong knowledge of FF&E and other related processes.
We are a privately held real estate development and investment firm with over 40 years of experience. Our wealth of knowledge in purchasing, building, funding, overseeing, commercial, retail and hotel properties.

What You Will Be Doing
As the VP of Project Management, you will be responsible for meeting deadlines, managing budgets, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget. You will be expected to oversee the entire project lifecycle from conception to completion, and to coordinate the efforts of the project teams.
