IT Recruiter
Summary: CRG is looking to hire a highly motivated IT Recruiter for our growing Charlotte team! CRG is a global provider of Talent Acquisition, Talent Optimization, and Technology Solutions with over 200 internal employees (500 including our contractors) operating out of 9 offices in the US and Latin America, servicing clients GLOBALLY. Location: Charlotte, NC (close to Panther Stadium and South End!) – HYBRID (3 days onsite, 2 days REMOTE!)

Responsibilities:
• Recruit Information Technology candidates to meet the needs of clients
• Manage multiple open requisitions at once in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities.
• Strategically and creatively source candidates from LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Dice, and other sources.
• Prescreen and Interview candidates via video or in-person to qualify them for specific job requirements.
• Build relationships with candidates and help them throughout the hiring process.
• Edit resumes and candidate summaries to best sell your IT candidates to the hiring managers
• Prepare your candidates for interviews as well as debrief them after interviews
• Participate in weekly meetings to market new candidates and evaluate client’s needs
Requirements:
• 1+ years of full cycle IT staffing agency experience preferred, but not required
• Proven success working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
• Must be a self-motivated team player with a strong sense of urgency
• Ability to multitask while managing several tasks at a time
• Strong communication, customer service, and follow-up skills is a must
