Costcon Construction Services Looking for Commercial Estimator at Remote Full Time

Commercial Estimator:

General/Mechanical/Electrical Commercial Estimator needed for a busy commercial cost consulting firm. We are looking for organized and detail oriented individuals to perform construction estimates from conceptual thru construction documents. All work is digital and remote.

Responsibilities:

• Proven experience as construction estimator
• Knowledge of Excel and Planswift required
• Review documents or consult experts to collect all necessary data

• Basic understanding of accounting and project management concepts

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Assesses the risk levels associated with a project
• Maintains cost data base by entering and backing up data.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet or estimating software
• The ability to read architectural plans and develop cost estimates
• Works well under pressure to meet goals, budgets and deadlines
• Manages time well and can multitask
• Well-organized and reliable

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 – $50.00 per hour

• Self-determined schedule

Experience:

• Construction estimating: 1 year (Preferred)
