The main mission of the Administration / Office Manager is to issue orders and materials that arrive. And coordinating with global teams.
Job Description
Issue of Sales Documents
Management in compliance with the provisions of the quality system.
Issuance and management of purchase orders (locally or from mother company).
Operations related to transportation transit, drawing up transport documents, management of internal and external transport, import and customs.
Prepare the purchase requests taking into account the available budgets and the validation of the GM before sending it to the supplier.
Monitoring the Customer orders portfolio
Reception and registration of customer orders; checking price according to the company pricing list
Communicate the receipt of customer orders after verification with the managers (internally)
Monitoring customer payment receipts.
Collaborate with the logistics department to verify the optimization of stocks / supplies / purchases / inventories
Management of employees daily attendance
Control and registration of purchase invoices with the related payments
Local bank and cash flow management
The Ideal Candidate Profile
BS Degree Preferred
Knowledge of Import procedures and Customs management
Knowledge of General Accounting, Management of payments and collections,
Ability to adapt
Flexibility
Problem solving attitude
