Responsibilities:

• Monitor the shared company and lead generation mailboxes daily
• Enter necessary contact/company information into a CRM system
• Ensure clean entry of data into a CRM system
• Filter and manage the leads coming from lead generation mailboxes
• Separate valid leads from bogus, nuisance ones
• Research and populate information from leads who only give an email address
• Must be able to use own common sense and judgement to determine the validity of an inquiry
• Email and forward leads to Sales and BDMs
• Set meeting schedules between clients who booked a meeting with BDMs
• Collate date and generate reports for use by management
• Coordinate any issues or concerns with the partner vendors, teams

Requirements

• Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills is mandatory
• Experience engaging with US, UK or Australian clients (a plus but not required)
• Experience with profiling companies in LinkedIn
• Proficient in online research using Google, LinkedIn, etc
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience with Hubspot or any other CRM tool (preferred but not required)
• Experience with Apollo.io, Zoominfo, Hunter.io, etc. (a plus but not required)
