Conklin-Intracom Looking for Wireless Network Systems Sales Account Director at Duluth, GA Full Time

Conklin-Intracom is a wholly owned subsidiary of Intracom Telecom, a multi-national telecom solutions provider.

We are seeking to hire Wireless Network Solutions (WNS) Account Director for our growing business. This role isresponsible to grow existing accounts and develop sales funnel with new accounts, directly and with partnerships. The ideal candidate should have sales experience with regional telecom service providers for microwave and millimeter wave telecom system for PTP and FWA applications.

Key RESPONSIBILITIES:

• This is first and foremost a hunter role to find new business
• Prepare gets business plan and strategy for the region to deliver on the sales targets
• Identify, qualify, sell and close new clients with the value proposition of our solution
• Build strong funnel prospects through lead generation, trade shows, cold calling, develop partnerships etc.
• Prepare proposals in collaboration with the Presale team and negotiate contracts
• Project manage new sales through system turn-up
• Manage and upsell current clients
• Prepare for and lead on-site meetings with current and prospective customers – including presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 7-10 years of solid Sales experience and demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) profession or equivalent will be considered an advantage
• Sales, technical experience in Wireless Network Solutions product portfolio in mmWave and microwave frequencies.
• Demonstrated abilities to take ownership of business, prospect for leads, and close sales with direct and indirect go to market approaches
• Proven ability to make strong connections and overcome rejection to achieve results
• Travel: 40 – 70%
