Establishing and maintaining procedures and practices for the efficient operation of production departments including work instructions, best practices, and staff training programs.
Achieving production, new product introduction, quality, and EHS objectives for the reporting departments.
Leading and participating in troubleshooting and process improvement initiatives to increase efficiencies and reduce nonconformances.
Strong computer and database application skills.

Photography- shooting product to submit to our online retailers based on specifications, and linesheets
Strong excel skills
VVL and Romance Copy descriptions to submit to our online retailers

cads needed, photoshop and illustrator skill required.
