Confidential Looking for B2B Sales and Marketing Manager at New York, NY Full Time

Healthcare startup in NYC is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and results-driven B2B Sales and Marketing Manager to support the growing marketing team. This is a great opportunity for anyone who is interested in transitioning from sales to a corporate marketing role.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Senior Director of Marketing in B2B initiatives to support business goals through various marketing channels including provider outreach (inside sales and outside sales) digital ads, trade advertising, and direct mail.
• Contact targeted providers to refer patients to ORA using effective selling techniques and selling ORA’s value proposition.
• Execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns that drive relationships with potential providers and provider retention.
• Assist in development of B2B playbooks, training, and processes for ORA’s new B2B initiatives including provider GTM strategy and sales scripts.
• Develop B2B content and sales materials including sales presentations, marketing collateral, scripts, and other support assets.
• Evaluate and report on B2B metrics to determine the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize provider acquisition flow.
• Coordinate, prepare, and offer support for trade events and provider meetings.
• Stay current on industry news and conduct continuous market research for trade opportunities.
• Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3-5 years of Sales/Account Management experience
• 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing preferred
• Sales experience in healthcare is required
• Proficiency in MS Office including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience in copy writing and developing content within the healthcare industry.
• Self-starter, can-do attitude, ability to multitask, and juggle various projects.
• Experience with CRM solutions is a plus.
