We are hiring an Accounting Programs Manager!
This position is responsible for the management of the various programs within Accounting.
This individual will establish and maintain relationships with the vendor (Certify), the various Department Teams with in Corporate, and on occasion users in the field. The individual in this position is expected to interact with both internal and external customers with the highest level of professionalism.
The role within Certify: (This is for both the A & B Group of users); Addition/deletion of Users, Email Accounts, Categories or Departments as needed. Update property listing including renovation and construction hotels with G/L’s. Must be able to manage the users when discrepancies exist. Work with Certify on any new projects or initiatives. Work with Finance Team to set up way for Amex bill to be submitted; importing all Amex G/Ls. Review and approve ALL travel. Run and pull quarterly reports. Codes monthly invoices. Saves monthly archive files to the Z: Drive. Uploads travel reporting into ProfitVue. Reconcile the clearing account – The clearing account acts as the AP trade account where the allocation of the airfare expense is offset against the airfare charged to the card. Reach out to all employees by email that are on the Receipts in wallet report to get them to go in and create a travel report to put their airfare through and report out weekly to Corporate Controller on those that have not allocated their travel. Research and assist with all Travel related issues or questions as needed. Assist the Finance team in funding the CSI Travel account weekly – The itemized airfare activity is pulled from the AMTRAV Credit Card Reconciliation report by providing the necessary back up needed. Approve all expense reports. Reporting all the discrepancies to the COP.
Completion of the Property Synopsis for each hotel
Track the expiration of all Liquor Licenses and provide weekly updates
File all Claim reporting for Property incidents/accidents. Following up regularly with all those involved including the underwriter and adjusters to ensure the claims don’t linger.
Set up hotel on the Fintech program and completion of the weekly payment upload
Ensure the monthly Owners Compliance Reporting is accurate and up to date with the most recent hotel information. Deliver to Executive Members.
Participates in meetings and take/update weekly Accounting meeting minutes
Conducts self to reflect the high standards of professionalism within the Concord Hospitality organization
Learns understands and refers to the Concord Operating Procedures
Follows safety and security procedures and rules
Must possess a high degree of integrity and confidentiality.
Protects the assets of the corporate office and hotels.
