Talent Acquisition Manager – Healthcare Recruitment
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director, the Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for the full cycle recruitment and selection process for assigned exempt and non-exempt positions.
Develops relationships with key stakeholders and potential candidates to identify and facilitate timely placements.
Facilitates credentialing, reference checks and required verifications, and all other onboarding tasks.
Qualifications:
BA/BS required in a related field, Human Resources preferred.
PHR Certification preferred.
Minimum (3) three years of high volume recruitment experience.
Health care experience in an 1199SEIU facility preferred.
Experience with iCIMS or a comparable ATS/Onboarding System required.
Excellent typing skills, knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows, as well as familiarity with database systems.
Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as superior interpersonal skills, which must span all levels of the employee population.
Ability to function with minimal direction, under pressure, and to approach unique problems and situations with creativity and innovation.
