The HR Coordinator assists the Sr. Recruiter with all facets of the HR Department, primarily focusing on overall recruitment support and employee onboarding.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
1) Work closely with Recruitment to provide support including:
a. Schedule and facilitate phone screens, video conferencing and onsite interviews
b. Provide updates to candidates regarding their applicant/interview status as needed
c. Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
d. Run background checks, and related pre-employment checks
e. Maintain applicant tracking system
f. Assist with the management of job postings
2) Coordinate and conduct New Hire and Rookie Orientation.
3) Coordinate external student rotations.
4) Primary contact with Temp Agencies.
5) Process employment verifications.
6) Schedule and coordinate events.
7) Respond to general HR inquiries via phone and email.
8) Other duties as assigned.
