Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
This position provides service and support for Adjunct Faculty in the Academic Divisions, Continuing Education and Extended Learning, Learning Resources and also Student Affairs. This position manages the areas of Adjunct Faculty development and evaluation. Functions in collaboration with the Assistant Dean of Adjunct Faculty Support to ensure consistency and continuity of classroom observations and student evaluations of Adjunct Faculty. Manages all supporting documents, collects and reports data related to observations and student evaluations of Adjunct Faculty. Reports results of observations, student evaluations and outcomes of Adjunct Faculty development. Assists the Assistant Dean of Adjunct Faculty Support with orientations and professional development workshops for Adjunct faculty, to foster continuous improvement of instruction as a means to increase student success and academic excellence.

Pay Grade:
Managerial 7 Salary Range: 70,500.00 – 72,500.00
