About The Work From Home Job/internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Scouting for exceptional talent through dominant platforms such as Naukri, IIM Jobs, LinkedIn, etc.
- Engaging with recruited and potential candidates to ensure the highest levels of offer acceptance
- Evaluating candidate profiles for their relevance to a given job description
- Proposing the candidate resumes to the clients
- Interfacing with the client and talent partners to successfully address the open mandates
- Striking strategic partnerships with ecosystem partners
- Working on taking end-to-end ownership of program execution to meet the targeted goals
- Managing client expectations & satisfaction
- Working with the operations teams to deliver on client assignments
