The Project Manager will be Customer Focused, Ensures Accountability, Collaborative, Communicates Effectively with clearly Aligned Plans to meet Coakley Brothers and Brothers Interiors business objectives and to meet our customer’s expectations. The Project Manager will utilize, and improve upon, our current Project Management tools to shape the direction and tenor of customer engagements.
Our business is fast paced and complex, our customers demand excellence; as such, the candidate must build strong relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions on time, within budget and of quality. Success in this position also requires the candidate to hold their self and others accountable to meet internal and external commitments. They must work collaboratively across all functional areas internally as well as with our customers and their partners. Effective communication across the business is essential for our customer’s success as well as our success.

*Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable vehicle for business travel.
Preferred Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Assistant Project Manager (CAPM), Certified Project Manager (CPM).
QUALIFICATIONS:
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write progress reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively communicate instructions and assignments to personnel in English. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, ratings, proportions, percentages, area, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have knowledge of spreadsheet software, word processing, and be able to use PC or Internet-based software.
