Title: Content Planning Manager
The content planning manager will be responsible on planning and mapping out each content that would need to be produced based on marketing calendar set by the brand team. This role need to ensure that we would have the right content at the right place, and have enough assets produced per campaign. This position will report to Design Director based in Shanghai. Managing all the china creative content related project, including workload, timeline, and budget, liaising with different department within marketing team, in particular brand team and commerce team in setting briefs and delivery of the final assets.
Owning the content planning calendar for all the assets we need to create for brand moment. Liasing with Brand team and ecomm team in assessing the number and type of assets need to be delivered for each campaign for all the campaigns including local & global moments. (end to end planning and project management)
Making sure all the assets requested are delivered on time, working with production agency, and creative / post production agency with in-house producer to set realistic timeline from content planning, concept, production, post production to platform specific delivery
Managing the project timeline, making sure we have enough capacity and resources to deliver project on time and on brand.
Building & Maintaining relationship with our outside agency & production house, becoming the communication bridge between internal and external team, facilitating meetings, making sure the brief we receive and sent are clear, doable and can be delivered on time
The accomplished individual will possess…
7+ years of work experience with significant first-hand exposure to marketing or creative related areas
5+ years working in Project management, account management from both agency / in-house role, preferably from marketing related function.
Deep understanding of social and digital platform in china, have experience in managing the content of at least one of the platform here in china.
Great project management skills, with deep knowledge about local marketing culture.
Familiarity with China’s media landscape and knowledge on the overall digital trends
Extremely detail oriented, well organized, strong problem solving skills and ability to think out of
Experience in working with creative team, understand the creative process and language, well versed in translating briefing requirement to our production house / creative team.
Excellence communicator, can actively communicate cross function, managing key stakeholder expectation and translating their requirement into brief.
Understanding on how to produce content, how to brief in the right content for the right platform, and have general knowledge about photo & video shooting.
Passionate about fashion, especially in the leather good / luxury industry.

Bachelor or Master Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication, Project Management or related field
Design, content production and film experience skills a plus
Experience working with vendors and agencies to deliver strong result against KPI
Strong verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin
