Product Director Hospitality – Join ClearCourse
We seek a talented and experienced Product Director to join our Retail division at ClearCourse. If you have a strong background in the Retail and Hospitality industry, this is the perfect opportunity to lead and shape our product portfolio.
As the Product Director, you will take ownership of our products and services, managing their performance and profitability. You will work closely with key stakeholders to align the product with our overall strategy, define requirements, and create a compelling vision. From creation to delivery, your responsibilities will cover the entire product lifecycle, including roadmap management, go-to-market strategies, and pricing.

ClearCourse Group is a rapidly growing collaborative of disruptive technology innovators dedicated to building brilliant software and payments solutions. We were formed in 2018 with investment from New York-based private equity firm Aquiline to build a portfolio of complementary software with our own integrated payments platform and professional service businesses.

Key Accountabilities:
Product Management: Own and manage the product roadmap, ensuring value creation and customer satisfaction.
Delivery: Oversee customer engagements and ensure timely and successful solution delivery.
Technology: Collaborate with the CTO to prioritize technical aspects and maintain performance and reliability.
Risk Management: Identify and manage risks to meet revenue and cost metrics, escalating as needed.
Commercial: Work alongside the Commercial Director(s) to develop the commercial strategy and support sales activities.
Required Skills, Experience, and Attributes:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in leading product/service businesses
Proven track record in budgeting and forecasting.
Strong people management and coaching skills.
Commercially astute with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Customer-focused and driven to deliver exceptional results.
Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach.
