We are looking for a Director of Talent Management to join our New York City office reporting into the Chief People Officer. In this role, you will lead the global talent strategy, including performance management, talent and succession planning, leadership and talent development, career development, as well as organizational design and change management support to meet the evolving needs of the business and culture.
The role requires a deep understanding of the strategy, process and operational procedures of Talent Development. This will create and implement core talent development frameworks designed for our fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You will build and own all learning and development initiatives end to end, and will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining strategic training initiatives and talent programs to be scaled across the Firm. This role should have an understanding of learning management systems and related integrated systems.
NOTE: This is a hybrid position.

For positions in New York City, the salary range is $150,000 — $260,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws.
