As the Sr. Analyst, you will design communication strategies and monitor omni channel performance for multiple portfolios while driving incremental, long-term improvement. Working closely with Collections Leadership and Vendor Performance Management, you will evolve text and email outreach including digital strategies with the objective of increasing customer engagement and positively impacting the bottom line. This position requires you to develop analytical routines to identify new opportunities, ad hoc analytics to formulate new strategies, and become a subject matter expert, advising our businesses partners, on effective ways to improve loss performance, lower expenses, implement best practices, all of which, align to our Citizens Bank brand.

Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is $97,500-$130,000, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
