Social Media Manager at Cincoro Tequila

Cincoro Tequila is seeking a talented and strategic Social Media Manager to spearhead our digital presence and take our brand’s story to new heights. If you’re passionate about building an engaged community and driving growth through social media, we want you on our team! As the Social Media Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our brand’s online narrative. Your mission will be to craft, execute, and measure strategic social media plans that align with our identity, amplify brand recognition, captivate our target audience, and propel business growth. Specifically, you will:
Responsibilities
· Working closely with the Content Creator and the Marketing Team to develop and execute a comprehensive monthly social media and content plan that aligns with the brand’s luxury image and values, ensuring a consistent and engaging presence across various digital platforms.
· Develop and implement innovative social media strategies that elevate our brand.
· Execute dynamic social media campaigns across various platforms, ensuring cohesive messaging.
· Manage the social media calendar across all platforms, including the day-to-day posting, setting targets and timelines for key brand initiatives and content creation shot lists and production. Responsible for pivoting in the moment based off trends and performance. Will be managing execution on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and any emerging platforms.
· Establish the over-all analytic framework for social media measurement across all platforms and campaigns.
· Responsible for gathering, structuring and analyzing social media data from owned social platforms, tools (e.g Sprout, Meltwater) social media policy changes (e.g algorithmic updates), and external developments (new community management opportunities within Platforms) to derive compelling, real-time insights that drives the optimization of social media campaigns, and informs the achievement of goals (e.g. audience growth, engagement, viewership, campaign/content effectiveness, share of voice)
· Manage DMs, comments, customer complaints etc. on all platforms in a timely manner.
· With an emphasis on IG Stories, conduct in-depth evaluation and analysis of current and previous social franchises & programs to derive actionable insights, give context, and recommendations for future initiatives to the leadership team.
· Ownership of creative content briefs and creative assets needed for top-engaging branded social campaigns, in partnership with Marketing team including Senior Vice President of Marketing, Brand Manager and more.
· Develop roadmap for Cincoro’s social media channel diversification strategy to reduce concentration risk and stay at the forefront of innovation in the social space.
· In partnership with the brand manager, execute a multi-platform strategy that grows Cincoro’s brand affinity, engagement, reach, and audience in order to drive IG, Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn growth and engagement.
· Understand the luxury market and lifestyle, along with the social media universe, as it relates to spirits brands, and stay current with trends, language, outlets, and resources to achieve the best performance across all Cincoro social platforms.
· Ability to ideate and launch a strategy on new and emerging platforms for the brand.
· Collaborate and work closely with Marketing team by providing platform, audience and community insights that will help support omni-channel initiatives, including but not limited to: communications strategy, go-to-market planning, content creation planning and brand events and influencer activations.
· Partners closely with sales team to optimize and develop best-in-class social engagement program for on & off-premise accounts.
· Works closely with content creators for ongoing content and continuously educates and develops talent. This includes influencer selection, negotiation, contract development, content creation monitoring, and reporting. Work cross-functionally with brand marketing, insights, PR, growth, and creative teams.
· This position reports to the Senior Vice President of Marketing.
Requirements:
· Experience in writing powerful, attention-grabbing copy.
· Good understanding of social media analytics and experience optimizing content
· Strong editorial judgment
· Excellent organizational skills, focus, and attention to detail
· An established ability to synthesize and communicate information quickly
· Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Creative suite
· Must have experience with social media publishing, listening, and amplification tools such as Meltwater, Sprout, Sprinkler, or similar
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls (5-6+ hours per day); reach with hands and arms; and talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb and balance.
