THE OPPORTUNITY
As theHR Generalist, RSC, you will support Chipotle employees and leaders through all parts of the employment experience by delivering on key HR initiatives. This role will support all elements of the talent lifecycle (such as onboarding, offboarding, performance management, etc.), conduct employee relations investigations, provide coaching support to resolve employee concerns, and support the team with data reporting. You will also be involved inDE&I initiatives, and workstreams that support employee culture and compliance. This role will report to the Director, RSC People Experience and will collaborate closely HR Business Partners and other key HR stakeholders, to execute people strategies that enables the organization to meet its strategic business priorities.
What You’ll Do
Deliver on employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a consistent experience, including: onboarding preparation with hiring managers, new hire interview and survey process, participating in new hire orientation, conducting employee exit conversations and offboarding steps.
Partner with the HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and business leaders to ensure the execution of the annual people experience processes including following up on completion of annual performance review process, engagement survey, completion of merit inputs, etc.)
Support the performance review and performance management processes through review and follow-up with leaders across the RSC
Guide and review entries in the HRIS system (Workday); supporting employees and managers with data integrity, position management, and procedures
Conduct timely employee relations investigations and make recommendations on the appropriate course of action.
Partner with HRBPs to deliver leadership development and engagement programing, including creating and implementing the communication and logistics strategy for each initiative.
Compile and review data that helps us understand employee trends that impact our culture and employee retention; sharing with HR CoEs and HRBPs to ensure we are creating and implementing programs that will achieve our business priorities, people and talent strategies.
Partner with key stakeholders to support the implementation of key compliance training including partnership with communications and tracking completion.
Responds to employee and manager questions regarding policies and company programs.
What You’ll Bring To The Table
Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university preferred.

PAY TRANSPARENCY
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $66-90,000. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
