Spark Dental Management currently has a full-time opportunity available for a Patient Services Representative! As the first face our patients and parents usually see when they walk in, this position is crucial to creating a positive, welcoming patient experience for everyone in our care.
Spark Dental Management is a Dental Support Organization (DSO) dedicated to expanding access to quality dental care for children.
We support the provision of preventive services, diagnostic imaging, and a full range of restorative dental care for our affiliated pediatric practices. Leveraging the latest equipment and technology, our affiliated dentists provide comprehensive dental care to pediatric patients ? from infants to adolescents?in fun, welcoming environments designed specifically for the needs of children.
Job Responsibilities:
Smile and greet patients and families upon arrival and dismissal.
Check in and check out patients.
Respond to patient questions and/or concerns according to CDH policies.
Answer telephones and check voicemail.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
Follow up on no-shows or cancelled appointments.
Verify patient information.
Keep and maintain up-to-date patient account records.
Other duties as assigned
