The Child Mind Institute is seeking a highly organized, detail oriented and reliable Administrative Assistant to join our Human Resources team. This role will support the Vice President, Human Resources by performing a variety of administrative duties related to the operations of the Human Resources office. This is a great opportunity to assist our employees with diverse projects and provide general administrative support. The Administrative Coordinator will work closely and collaboratively with the Vice President, Human Resources to facilitate administrative functions and support Human Resources initiatives. The Administrative Coordinator is a trusted support position – confidentiality, communication and decision making is paramount.
Reporting to the Vice President, Human Resources, this is a non-exempt, full-time position located in our NYC headquarters.

Qualifications:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $51,450 – $57,000 annually. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
