SUMMARY
The Planning Coordination Specialist will provide administrative support and assistance by completing a variety of clerical and administrative support tasks and procedures as required to include but not be limited to travel services, procurement, maintaining files and records, preparing executive reports, managing calendars, preparation of meeting agendas, recording minutes and staffing coordination.
